Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy - Effective April 1, 2009
Peacock Alley stands behind our product and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased online with PeacockAlley.com.
- Peacock Alley accepts new and unused online purchases within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Authorization form is included with all shipments.
- Returns received by Peacock Alley without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please contact us if you have lost your RMA packing slip.
- Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents Peacock Alley from reselling the product.
- Returns on laundered and monogrammed items will not be accepted.
- All sales final on custom orders including cut fabric yardage.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Peacock Alley will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.

Credit for Returned Products
- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return product to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim.
- Once your return is received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within 30 days.
- Refunds within the 30 days will be credited back in the original form of payment. Note: Shipping and/or other applicable charges will not be refunded.
- Any returns received after the 30 days from shipment will receive a credit in the form of an online gift coupon redeemable only at PeacockAlley.com. The gift coupon code will expire one year from the date of issue.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
*Note: This policy applies only to Peacock Alley online retail purchases made at www.peacockalley.com, and is not applicable to Peacock Alley wholesale account product returns or exchanges.
