At Peacock Alley we collect and use Personal Information for the purposes of (a) fulfilling orders, (b) providing a high level of customer service, (c) gaining knowledge internally regarding what our customers want, (d) analyzing and improving the website and other services, (e) marketing, (f) identifying and communicating with you, (g) fulfilling any purpose for which you provide it, (h) carryout out our obligations and enforcing our rights, and (i) mailing circulars and special offers from Peacock Alley. OPT-OUT EMAIL POLICY

We ask that you tell us when you do not wish to receive periodic emails from us. We will only send email for marketing, customer service purposes, customers who have purchased on PeacockAlley.com or any of our retail stores, and to those visitors who have indicated that they wish to receive other types of email from us. If at any time you wish to stop receiving email from us or you wish restrict the sharing of your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for promotional purposes or targeted advertising, you can always opt-out by sending an email to support@peacockalley.com stating your request. It is our goal to substantively respond to your request within forty-five days of its receipt. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period.

We may decline a consumer request for certain reasons, including if we are unable to authenticate the request.
