Continental United States

All orders over $250 qualify for free shipping via FedEx Ground. Shipping rates for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout.

You may choose to upgrade to FedEx Expedited delivery at checkout for an additional fee.


Domestic Shipping Conditions

  • All shipments are delivered via FedEx with shipping charges based on the total value of each order.
  • APO / FPO orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Under FedEx shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.  (Please contact a representative to ship to a military address.)
  • In-stock merchandise is shipped out in 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Made-to-Order Items and Monogram orders require 2-3 weeks lead time to ship.
  • Backorders are generally 2-3 weeks for manufacturing unless the product is on order from a mill, in which case you will be notified by a Peacock Alley Representative with an estimated arrival date.
  • All FedEx shipments are processed with an 'Indirect Signature Required'.

Non-Continental United States

Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) are charged Expedited FedEx Rates.


International Orders
