Order Cancellation & Changes

After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a Customer Service Representative at 1.800.275.0784.

Please Note: Most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled. Additional shipping fees may be applicable if Peacock Alley changes shipping information once an order has shipped.

Orders may be declined or canceled due to limited or out of stock quantities. You will be notified by a Customer Service Representative if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Peacock Alley's acceptance of an order. Peacock Alley reserves the right to review your order and after that time it may be accepted or declined.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical issues, Peacock Alley reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product listed, regardless of whether you have received confirmation of receipt of that order.
