Ivory Dust Ruffles & Bed Skirts

While it’s no secret that we adore the crisp brightness of an all white bed, we also recognize that there are times when a softer touch is needed. If you’re dressing a bedroom in a more earthy color scheme, or going for an antiqued look, an ivory bed skirt might be just the finishing touch you need to pull the look together. With this in mind, we’ve created a selection of luxury ivory bed skirts in several fabrics and textures, fit to accompany even the most discerning bedroom design.

Whether you’re on the hunt for an ivory bed skirt in queen size for the guest room, or an ivory king dust ruffle to complement your master bedroom decor, you’re sure to find some delightful options in our collection. From the crisp lines and perfectly pressed pleats of our tailored linens to the soft and sweet design of an ivory ruffle bed skirt, we have the luxury looks you’re sure to love and the high quality materials and construction you desire.

Choose from fabrics like our pure cotton percales and sateens, natural linen, or if you’re looking for truly special textured detailing, be sure to check out our selection of matelasse bed skirts. They’re a perfect match to complement some of our favorite coverlets and pillow shams.

Fitting a Paneled Bed Skirt

Our bed skirts are sold in panels so that you’ll get a perfect, easy fit every time. Like our deep pocket fitted sheets, they’re designed to fit even the tallest beds, with up to a 22 inch drop. To properly fit your new cream bed skirt to your bed, simply pin each panel to your box spring using the included L-shaped pins. The panel construction allows you to adjust the length of drop on each side of the bed, for a perfect fit every time. And split corners allow you to easily install our skirts on beds with or without an exposed footboard.

Why a Bed Skirt?

There are several reasons to include a bed skirt or dust ruffle in your luxury bedding collection. In addition to hiding away the fabric covering of a box spring that might not fit in well with the design scheme of your bedroom, they will also protect your box spring from spills or stains. Additionally, bed skirts help to prevent the buildup of dust and dirt beneath your bed, and have been shown to reduce both allergies and dust mites. Finally, for those who use the space beneath the bed for storage, a bed skirt allows you to tuck away storage bins, seasonal items, or whatever else you choose to place there, and keep them out of sight for a tidy bedroom appearance.

Simply put, if you’d like to create a finished, polished look, a properly fitted bed skirt is a must. And a Peacock Alley bed skirt offers beautiful form, simple installation, and practical function.

This is the Peacock Alley way. This is life. Well lived.
