Two Ways To Monogram:
While shopping online:
Within the product page you are currently shopping in, click Monogram, to monogram your item.
Fill out theweb-page form to chose your lettering style, color and enter your intials (First, Last, Middle) or the words you would like to appear on your monogram.
Finally chose the placement for the item.
Please check mark the box that all of your selections are correct.
Add the monogram to your cart.
Please complete one monogram form for every item you would like monogrammed, in the cart.
To download and submit:
Place your order on PeacockAlley.com
Write the word 'MONOGRAM' in the customer comments during checkout.
Download and complete the Peacock Alley Monogram Form
Be sure to add the product item, style, name/initials and thread color to the monogram form

Please review your monogram form and email it to [email protected]
Please add "Monogram" and your order number to the subject line of the email
Once your monogram order has been received, a Peacock Alley representative will contact you via email to confirm receipt of your monogram order, and quote a price for the monogram
Expect to receive email communication from Peacock Alley approximately 48 hours after you have submitted your monogram form. Mon. - Fri, 9am – 5pm CST
Add 7 business days to the normal quoted delivery time for stock items
