Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy - Effective June 20, 2017

Peacock Alley stands behind our product and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased online with To ensure satisfaction, we encourage all customers to request a swatch before making a final bedding purchase.

  • No return of merchandise will be accepted nor will credit be issued without authorization by a customer service representative. All claims must be made within 60 days of receipt of goods.
  • Returns received by Peacock Alley without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents Peacock Alley from reselling the product. A 25% restocking fee may be charged at the company's discretion.
  • Returns on laundered and monogrammed items will not be accepted.
  • All sales final on custom orders including cut fabric yardage.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Peacock Alley will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package:

Credit for Returned Products

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return product to the customer if it is not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim.
  • Once your return is received, reviewed, and accepted, you can expect a refund to your account within 30 days.

  • 100-Night Down Warranty

      For up to 100 nights, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase. We will replace or refund the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping fees), no questions asked, as long as you have followed these simple steps:

    • Your return must have the original receipt as proof-of-purchase in the original packaging
    • Use of a protector on your pillow or duvet is required and must be evident in use of the product
    • Returned products must have been used as intended and cannot show signs of physical damage or abuse such as stains, tears, or cuts
    • Down and down alternative products cannot be customized or monogrammed

    • Helpful Return Information:

    • The Peacock Alley 100-night warranty is effective beginning with the date of your purchase
    • Refunds are limited to the original purchaser; no receipt is transferable
    • Purchases made through a retailer or trade partner other than Peacock Alley should be returned to the seller to refund your purchase
    • For purchases made through Peacock Alley stores or website, refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt and after review of your returned product; refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by your Return Authorization Number (RMA). If you are not provided with an RMA at the time of purchase, contact Peacock Alley Customer Service at 1-800-275-0784 or
    • Refunds will exclude the shipping portion of your original purchase unless your return is due to manufacturing or shipping error on our part
    • Returns due to manufacturer’s error (defects in fabric or faulty workmanship) will be replaced or refunded for a full year from the date of purchase and will include the shipping portion of your original purchase
    • Should you request and receive a replacement down or down alternative product, your replacement product will be covered by this same 100-day warranty from the new date of purchase
