Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy - Effective June 20, 2017

Peacock Alley stands behind our product and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased online with PeacockAlley.com. To ensure satisfaction, we encourage all customers to request a swatch before making a final bedding purchase.

  • No return of merchandise will be accepted nor will credit be issued without authorization by a customer service representative. All claims must be made within 60 days of receipt of goods.
  • Returns received by Peacock Alley without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents Peacock Alley from reselling the product. A 25% restocking fee may be charged at the company's discretion.
  • Returns on laundered and monogrammed items will not be accepted.
  • All sales final on custom orders including cut fabric yardage.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Peacock Alley will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package:

Credit for Returned Products

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return product to the customer if it is not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim.
  • Once your return is received, reviewed, and accepted, you can expect a refund to your account within 30 days.



  • 100-Night Down Warranty

      From the mattress up, for every product we sell, we are committed to bring you and your customer quality goods designed with simplicity to help achieve one of life’s greatest luxuries: SLEEP. We have searched for, and developed, what we believe to be the highest quality down and down alternative products available. But, don’t take our work for it—these products need to be experienced firsthand. Up to 100 nights, if for any reason your customer is not satisfied, you may return the product on their behalf. We will replace the product or refund the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping fees), no questions asked, as long as you and your customer have followed these simple steps:

    • The Peacock Alley 100-night warranty is effective beginning with the date of your customer’s purchase
    • Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt as proof-of-purchase and in the original packaging
    • Use of a protector on each pillow and/or duvet is required and must be evident in the use of the product
    • Returned products must have been used as intended and cannot show signs of physical damage or abuse such as stains, tears, or cuts
    • Down and down alternative products cannot be customized or monogrammed; any Peacock Alley product that has been customized or monogrammed is void of this warranty

    • Helpful Return Information:

    • Refunds are limited to the original purchaser; no receipt is transferrable
    • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service department prior to returning any product; returns must include your assigned RMA number
    • Please mark the outside of the return shipment with the RMA number and ship returns to: 2050 Postal Way, Dallas, TX 75212
    • Refunds will be credited to your account for future Peacock Alley purchases after we have reviewed the returned product
    • Refunds will exclude the shipping portion of the original purchase unless the return is due to manufacturer or shipping error on our part
    • Returns due to manufacturer’s error (defects in fabric or faulty workmanship) will be replaced or refunded for a full year from the date of purchase and will include the shipping portion of the original purchase
    • Should your customer request and receive a replacement down or down alternative product, the replacement product will be covered by this same 100-day warranty from the new date of purchase.
