We all know that sleep is important. And the best sleep happens when you’re completely comfortable, enveloped by luxe fabrics and super soft textures. But what’s inside is just as meaningful. That’s why we’ve carefully chosen the fills and construction for our luxury duvet inserts to provide you with splendid foundational pieces for your bedding ensemble. We wouldn’t accept anything less for our own beds, and neither should you.
Responsibly Sourced Down
The white goose down in our duvets was carefully selected to meet our rather demanding standards. We only use the finest European white goose down fill. We make sure that it’s responsibly sourced, and then sterilized using the Ultra15 Clean™ process, for a worry-free duvet filling. This high-quality down is then encased in our 400 thread count sateen down-proof cover, for a soft finish that is built to last. We’ve found the 650 fill power to be the perfect weight for year-round use, and a delightful option for layering with decorative throw blankets, our signature matelassé coverlets, and other luxury bedding pieces of your choice.
For those whose allergies don’t allow for natural down bedding, we’ve picked a high-end down alternative that feels almost like the real thing. Our down alternative duvets are stuffed with Dacron® fill. It’s the same well-made polyester used in pillows and mattresses alike. And the special blend used in our duvet inserts is designed to cluster, loft, and compress just like down, but still meet the highest hypoallergenic standards. Our duvets are stuffed to a year-round fill weight, which we’ve found to be ideal for all season use, and also delightful when layered with other blankets from our luxury bedding collection.
Our 100 Night Guarantee
As a part of the Sleep Well Collection by Peacock Alley, our duvet inserts are covered by a 100 night guarantee. It’s hard to decide on bedding the first time you feel it. In fact, even after a night or two of sleep, you may still be unsure. Is this duvet going to still be soft in a month? In two? Is it too fluffy or am I just not used to it? Will it lose its loft and flatten after just a few weeks of use?
A duvet is an important part of your bedding and the choice should be made carefully. In order to give you the best peace of mind about our foundational pieces, you can sleep with these duvets for over three months without missing out on the returns window. We’re pretty sure you’re going to love your new duvet. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re covered. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 100 nights to return it. Because life’s too short and sleep is too important to deal with bedding you don’t simply adore.
This is the Peacock Alley way. This is life. Well lived.
