UPDATE 6/15/20 - We are now accepting returns and exchanges. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for all policy terms.

UPDATE 5/26/20 - We’re taking enhanced safety precautions that may cause delays in shipping. Our typical 2 business day processing time has been revised to 3-5 business days depending on shipping destination. Please check your email for order tracking updates, or contact us via live chat or by phone if you have any questions.

UPDATE 5/14/20 - Out of an abundance of caution for our team members, Peacock Alley has made temporary revisions to the Returns & Exchanges Policy. For more information on this policy update, please read our official statement here.

UPDATE 4/13/20 - Due to the recent CDC recommendation regarding the use of face coverings, especially in areas of significant community-based transmission, Peacock Alley is now selling cotton masks to the general public. The majority of our mask making initiatives continue to be donation based, serving essential workers and the public health sector. Masks sold to our customers enable us to continue donations to those who need them most.

In order to do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have taken measures to change the way we do business. Thanks to technology, our employees are working remotely and available to you by phone and email. Our website is accepting orders 24/7, although we cannot guarantee immediate delivery dates at this time. We are prioritizing our efforts to support the community in a new way.

Our work room that is usually busy making sheets, is now sewing fabric protective cotton masks for those who need them most. These masks will go directly to help two local groups who are essential: Baylor Medical as well as Community Partners of Dallas, who support the case workers of Child Protective Services.

During this moment of great uncertainty, remember that we are here to make you comfortable in the times you need it most, as we have for more than 46 years. Stay strong. Take care of yourself. Take care of each other.

We’re all in this together.

  • Mary Ella, Jason,Josh and all of your Peacock Alley family,
This post brought tears to my eyes. I am grateful but not surprised that you are serving your community and ultimately your nation. You have always given freely and shared with the needy in your Dallas community. Thank you for all that you do for everyone else. Community Partners and the caseworkers they serve are critical to the welfare of our children. So many will benefit from your efforts. We will buy sheets when we are back to normal,…..whenever and whatever that may be! May you be blessed for all that you do.

  • Thank you for offering the help that is so needed at this time of need. You and your workers are to be commended. It makes me proud to purchase from a company with such caring and generosity. I am sure no one would mind waiting additional time for an order.
