RETURN POLICY

Peacock Alley stands behind its products and quality controls. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a Peacock Alley product you purchased from PeacockAlley.com, or from one of our Peacock Alley stores, you may return the product to us within 30 days from the date you received the product for a refund or replacement product through our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“30-Day Guarantee”). Please note that because Peacock Alley is unable to control the quality of products sold by third-party sellers, the 30-Day Guarantee is not available for products purchased from third-party sellers.

Peacock Alley Return Fee Schedule

Returns for items purchased on Peacockalley.com are subject to a return fee. This fee covers the cost of your return shipping label, processing, handling, and repackaging. Orders purchased at our flagship stores may be returned there at no additional cost. Please note that Peacock Alley reserves the right to refuse any return that violates our return policy guidelines. You can find these guidelines below in our FAQ section.

Return fees are applicable on a per order basis only and will not be charged multiple times for a single return. If your return includes a mix of standard-sized and oversized products, the oversized fee will be applied. Consequently, if you return another product within the same order following an initial return, a separate fee will be charged.

*Effective October 26, 2023: Returns created on or after October 26, 2023, will incur a $30 shipping/restocking fee. Restocking of oversized items (all mattress toppers and duvet inserts) will result in a $55 fee.

All returned products must include an original receipt or other proof of purchase.

Products that are being returned to us must leave your possession within 30 days of the date of receipt or delivery of your purchase.
Products are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee if they have been monogrammed or have been damaged due to improper or unreasonable use.
All sales on items marked down or listed as "sale" or "all sales final" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee.
Damaged or defective products or product that has been washed may be limited to exchange of same product only.

All products returned pursuant to the 30-Day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to refuse the return if the products are not acceptable or are returned later than 30 days after delivery. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.

For your protection, we recommend using the prepaid UPS shipping label sent to you after you start your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.

For purchases made through Peacock Alley stores or website, refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt and after review of your returned product; refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
