• All shipments are delivered via UPS with shipping charges based on the total value of each order.
  • In stock merchandise is shipped out in 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday
  • Backorders are generally 2-3 weeks for manufacturing unless the product is on order from a mill, in which you will be notified by a Peacock Alley Representative with an estimated arrival date.
• Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.  (Please contact a representative to ship to a military addres.)
• All shipments are processed with an 'Indirect Signature Required'.  To opt out, please note 'No Signature Required' in the customer instructions of each order.
  • No additional instructions can be noted other than signature preference.

You may choose to upgrade to UPS Expedited delivery for an additional charge (see chart below).
*Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) are charged Expedited Rates.
