Domestic Shipping
All shipments are delivered via UPS with shipping charges based on the total value of each order.
In stock merchandise is shipped out in 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday
Backorders are generally 2-3 weeks for manufacturing unless the product is on order from a mill, in which you will be notified by a Peacock Alley Representative with an estimated arrival date.
Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. (Please contact a representative to ship to a military addres.)
All shipments are processed with an 'Indirect Signature Required'. To opt out, please click 'No Signature Required' during checkout .
No additional instructions can be noted other than signature preference.
You may choose to upgrade to UPS Expedited delivery for an additional charge (see chart ).
*Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) are charged Expedited Rates.
